|How do I make a reservation on a vacation property?
To make a reservation, inquire for availability or ask questions about our Luxury Vacation Rental Residences , you must complete our Contact US form an a reservations expert from our team will contact you within 24 Hrs. On the Home page go to Customer Support and click on the blue bottom “FEEL FREE TO USE OUR CONTACT US FORM”, you’ll be directed to our Contact US form please complete all the “REQUIRE FIELDS” and send it.
|Am I cover under the Lessor Liability Insurance?
The Lessor carries Liability Insurance that excludes any coverage for Tenant luggage, valuables and Tenant personal liability.
The Tenant assumes the entire risk of injuries arising from use of the Property.
The Tenant must take reasonable measures to prevent slips in bathrooms, on staircases, steps on balconies and throughout the Property.
|What is the cancelation policy for Special Rates?
If you choose a Special Accommodation Rates, please check the Rate Rules on the rental agreement to see if this rate has any specific restrictions. Occasionally, special rates are non-refundable and non-cancellable according to www.myapartmentinflorida.com Special Accommodations Rates policy.
|Is daily made service included.
Linens and bath towels are provided in each apartment.Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however it is available at an additional charge.Beach towels are provided for your convenience.

|What is the average size of a Luxury Vacation Rentals vs. hotel room
The average size of a hotel room is 250-300 Sq. Ft.. The average size of our luxury vacation rentals 1B/1B residences are 550-600 Sq.Ft., our luxury vacation rentals 2B/2B residences are 600-700 Sq.Ft. , and our luxury vacation homes average 2000-6000 Sq.Ft..

|What does the security deposit cover?
The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. One load of laundry is started.
d. All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked.
e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
f. No linens are lost or damaged.
g. NO Early check-in or Late check-out.
h.The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement or the security company employed by My Apartment In™.

For your Safety, Security and Peace of Mind we use a secure gateway for you to make payment. You can also make payment via PayPal using any major credit card. We don't accept checks, bank wire transfers or certified checks nor cashier checks.
|Are onsite bikes available?
Yes, we have bikes available by the day, for an extra charge per bike rental.
|How will I be taxed if I rent my property part of the year?
In general, if a person rents his vacation rental for fewer than 15 days during the tax year, he would not have to include the rent received in his income and would not deduct rental expenses. On the other hand if a person rents his home for 15 days or more, he is required to report his income to the IRS, and in most cases, such person is taxed on the net amount he earns after deducting certain expenses allocated based on the number of days rented. You should consult IRS Publication 527 and/or consult your tax advisor for more accurate information .
