We stayed in one of Mr. Carlos's apartments on MIchigan Ave around New Years time, me, my wife, my four years old daughter, and a friend. The apartment was very clean and very well kept. Mr. Carlos has been very accommodating, courteous and professional in his interactions and handling of the whole rental issue. The abatement location is excellent, with many amenities near by, such as grocery store, places to eat and of course the BEACH....Mr. Carlos made sure we had our parking permits for the duration of our stay, which was great as we parked on the street right in front of the building. I would definitely do business again with him and recommend my friend and others who stumble upon his site to do so. Also, out thanks goes to Mr. OT, who is was charge of the apartment building, as he also was very keen in insuring that everything in the apt. was in working order and he was personally there to make sure of that. All together, between these two gentlemen, you can hardly go wrong.

We had a great stay at Carlos' apartment. He was very accommodating even when we arrive very late at the apartment. He made sure our stay his apartment was pleasant. I highly recommend staying at Studio Art Deco Apartment because it was close to everything that south beach has to offer.

“Do yourself a favor and book this place today”
I stayed here with three of my friends for a girls weekend in Miami Beach. Its about 6 blocks from the beach and clubs and there is a market within walking distance. The high speed internet worked without a hitch. We chose this place because of its location and because it had free parking. I love that it is a converted apartment building in a residential area. I felt like a South Beach resident for a few days. My only complaint is that there was no pool although the beach is within walking distance. I would definately stay here again.

Its location was very comfortable for my meetings and outdoor dinners. The internet access is better than most of the hotel that I've stayed before. The rooms are in an excelent state.

Carlos was fantastic. He met us at the apartment as soon as we arrived in Florida. It was clean and in an excellent location. While we were there he followed up regularly to make sure that we didn't need anything. He even came over on the evening of our first night when I (college graduate) couldn't figure out how to turn on the hot water in the shower. Carlos is personable, polite, friendly and generally well rounded.
